Research Interests

Human physiology in different states of consciousness, from sleep to exercise. All aspects related to limitations of performance from athletes to persons with disease, in with a particular focus on the interaction of the different body systems (e.g. cardio-​respiratory, neuro-​muscular and metabolic system) and their interplay with subjective perception. Development of technologies for muscular training of the respiratory system.

Sports Interests

Ski and snowboard, cycling, trampolin, rollerblade, swimming.
