I am passionate about the intersection of sports science and diseases, currently focusing on designing a pilot exercise program for ARVC patients. My goal is to enhance their quality of life, cardiometabolic health, and disease-related biomarkers by potentially developing personalized training plans. This includes monitoring physical activity patterns using wearables, which will aid in developing a tailored exercise pilot program.

Former professional field hockey player, now enjoying (preferably long) running, ski touring and cycling in the Swiss mountains.
